Hey there. I'm Shay... Well actually my full legal name is Shaynah Amira Jarman. Interesting name I know, not really sure what my parents were thinking to be quite honest with you. I just go by Shay for various reasons that I don't have time to explain.

Anyways, you made it to my website. Congratulations. Welcome to yet another form of social media I'm on. If you haven’t noticed, documenting my life through all platforms of social media is what I was born to do. It’s very addictive and probably unhealthy, but I love it so that’s really all that matters. I don't really have a total motive for creating this blog. I just think it would be fun to have my own personal journal to write about whatever the heck I want, and to be able to share it in a kind of relatable possibly, and maybe funny way. ( I think I'm funny, but you might not, and that's ok. Feel free to give me constructive criticism on my jokes and bad grammar.)

To give a short explanation of myself: I'm 18 years old, the awkward kind of short, 5’1” to be exact. I haven’t grown since the 7th grade so i’ve just learned to accept it. I live in Arizona, (born and raised in Utah)  I'm a photographer ,and videographer...Shocker I know right? A teenage girl born in Utah that takes pictures, videos, AND has a blog? How basic can I get? No but really, I'd like to think I'm semi-talented with a camera so plug me to people who want to create some magic;) I’m basically nocturnal meaning I never sleep unless I absolutely have to. I am emotionally, and physically attached to the 1975 and LANY. I know every word to every song they’ve ever made. Annnd lastly I'm strangely addicted to watching conspiracy therory videos on youtube and scaring myself. Those are just a couple of things to describe myself.

As much as I wish I was a super cute blogger who gets paid to open a box of clothes, I'm not. I'm just a teenage girl who has about 2,000 followers on instagram... lame, I know. I just write about what I like. I don't know if creating this blog will do any good besides allowing me to express myself on a public platform. Hoping it gives people a good laugh, and maybe something to relate to. I’m desperate for people to feel the “me too” moments. I'm all about the realness of life because we all know not everyone is what they seem to be on the internet, a place where it’s so easy to lie and make things seem perfect. I do it all the time, but guess what? sometimes things suck ,and I feel like we all go through similar sucky things that we don’t talk about. I just want to be real with you guys. I want to document the good, bad, and everything in between. I just have a lot to say, and creating this blog seems like the best option for me to pour out all my thoughts and ideas while still being social, and connecting with really awesome people.
